About Cynthia S. McLain
Cynthia is the State Director of the Oklahoma Office of Apprenticeship. She has been employed with the Agency for 21 years helping employers and groups of employers develop and maintain Registered Apprenticeship Programs as a method of talent development within the State of Oklahoma and throughout the United States.
She holds a B.A. Degree from Southern Nazarene University and an A. A. Degree from Rose State College and is a certified Employment and Training Specialist.
In the late 70’s, Cynthia was the first woman veteran to provide veterans services in Oklahoma County and remains an advocate for veterans.
