The conference is a premier event attended annually by more than 400 Human Resources professionals from across the state representing numerous businesses and major corporations.

Conference attendees will be looking for key ingredients they need to succeed in today’s marketplace and business environment. The OKHR2008 Conference & Expo is the place to mix it up with attendees.
Exhibitor Booth Space
8’x8’ booths in exhibitor hall, equipped with appropriate pipe and drape, (1) 6 ft draped table, (2) chairs, and a 110 outlet power supply. (See the Exhibit Hall Diagram below.)

Booth Assignments
Booths will be assigned as registrations and payment are received. Care will be taken to avoid locating exhibitors next to competitors and booths with like products or services.
Exhibitor registration is $750. This price includes a complimentary registration for two people to attend the conference. If you wish to have more than two people from your company attend the conference, to include participation in the exhibit hall, you will need to register any subsequent people as an exhibitor guest. Other than the two complimentary registrations, there is a $75 fee for each exhibitor guest.

Staffing Your Booth
Each booth should be staffed with at least one representative during all Exhibit Hall hours. Please keep in mind that premature tear down of exhibit booths distracts from the overall merit of the conference and could potentially be a safety hazard.
Registration Fee Includes
Registration fee includes:
- Complimentary registration for two (2) people to the attend the conference*
- Booth space, as described above;
- Access to conference sessions;
- Access to exhibitor events including continental breakfasts,
and networking events.
*Does not include keynote luncheons. Sandwich buffet will be provided in the exhibit hall and the keynote presentation audio will be piped into the hall.
Payment does not include drayage or set-up of individual exhibits.

Door Prizes
Exhibitor door prizes are always a part of the excitement in the Exhibit Hall. The winners of door prizes will be announced during the Exhibit Hall hours.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be in writing.
- Cancellations prior to March 14, 2008 are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received March 14 to April 9, 2008 will be eligible for 50% refund (minus the $50 administrative fee).
- Cancellations received after April 9, 2008 are non refundable.
