About Robert Norman
Mr. Norman is a director with the firm of Miller Dollarhide in Oklahoma City. He is an experienced employment and business lawyer whose practice focuses on employment and business litigation, counseling, and transactions. He has tried numerous matters in federal and state courts in matters ranging from wrongful discharge, business and construction disputes, auto accidents, real estate contracts, and a capital murder case. Mr. Norman has also served as lead appellate counsel for clients and has numerous published opinions from federal and state courts.
His employment law litigation experience includes Title VII, ADA, FMLA, wage and hour, workers’ compensation retaliation, drug testing, and numerous other federal and state employment law cases.
In addition to his courtroom practice, Mr. Norman has been providing extensive employment and business law counseling to clients for the past fifteen years. He frequently speaks at seminars to business and professional groups and serves as a continuing legal education faculty member on a host of employment law subjects.
Mr. Norman is a member of the Oklahoma, Oklahoma County, and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state and federal district courts as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the OBA’s labor and employment law section. He has served as Chair of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s High School Mock Trial Program and as President of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Oklahoma City.
