About Tom Cameron
Tom Cameron was born and raised in Henryetta, Oklahoma. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma State University, he received a Master’s Degree from Central State University and has additional post-graduate coursework at Northeastern State University and the University of Tulsa.
He served as a school administrator for twenty-two years in several Oklahoma school districts including eighteen years as a superintendent. Tom has served as an officer of several local and statewide organizations including President of the Organization of Rural Oklahoma Schools. He has spoken at numerous conferences and seminars and received many recognitions and awards. Cameron has also owned his own businesses and served as business manager for one of Oklahoma’s premiere photography studios.
Cameron is now the owner of Tom Cameron and Associates in Sand Springs, OK which he started in 2001. He is a Strategic Business Partner of Profiles International, Inc., which is a world leader in the assessment industry. Tom Cameron and Associates serves businesses throughout Oklahoma and the Central United States solving people challenges in areas of employee selection and management.
Cameron has worked with many businesses and school districts to help them solve their employee challenges. He has written and presented the “Developing Teamwork and Understanding” workshop throughout Oklahoma and to International audiences. This workshop will help your staff learn their personality type and how different personalities get along. The teamwork activity will also help participants improve in the key behavioral characteristics of productivity, quality of work, initiative, teamwork, problem solving and adapting to change.
